Possible Problems in the Operation of the Roll Crusher

Some problems should be paied attention to in the operation of the roll crusher as follows:
1、Strengthen the mine iron work when feeding.when non-crushing material getting into the the mouth of the crusher will damage the roll crusher,in order to cause the stopping accident.So, you should install the iron equipment before the roller crusher.
2、Viscous material can easily block the crusher page,you should deal with the blocking problem when stopping the machine,avoid dealing with when running.
3、When disposing large block we should be careful,avoid the large block material jumping out from the crushing page,in order to hurt people or damage the devices.
4、After running the roll crusher for a long time,the surface of the roller crusher wearing a lot will produce the fairly granular of the material，so，we should adjust the mouth of the crusher,or examine the devices.
5、We should improve the check dynamics of the devices，get into oil in the lubrication part of the equipment on time,keep the good lubrication condition of the devices.
