(1)before operating the device,operators should inspect the device all-side, including bolt-on of each parts, oil level of the reducer, and the bearing lubrication.
(2)when the crusher operate, it can't start feeding until up to the normal rotate speed.when it stops calculation,it can't be stopped calculation until emptying the material of the crushing cavity. Besides, no operating with loads.
(3)After long term out of service or before operating in the first start up, we should inspect the crusher all sides,inspecting if the bolt becoming fiexible, if the reduction pouring into pass muster and adequate lubricating oil, if the bearing needing lubricating grease, if the connecting of  the electrical circuit and the control switch  being correct, if the wire connecting becoming fiexible, if the material of the crushing cavity being sweet away
.After verifying error free,you can operate normaly,until the running direction of the  crusher is right.
(4)When your crusher has unusual noise,transmitt unit,oil have temperature rising or have peculiar smell,you should closing down, rebooting until finding out the reason and troubleshoot.
(5)unpick and wash the crusher motor bearings and main bearing once a year,renewing the oil and clear the reducer once a year.
(6)when maintenance the crusher,you should cut the power,then hang out the logo of maintenance, in order to insurance the safty of the operator.
(7)After running the crusher for three months,you should fasten the fastener,and periodic maintenance,mainly including weekly check,monthly check,annual inspection.

notice:after tear down the engine body,and reassemble,you should glazed sealant between the junction surface of the bearing pedestal  and the static junction surfaceof the engine body,in order to prevent the sealing surface from oil spilling.
